This 1941-built J.3C was involved in a collision with a car while taxiing at Vendee Air Park in France.
The aircraft was badly damaged with broken mainspars and bended wingstruts.
R.A.R. was contacted to dismantle the aircraft and transport it the their workshop at Antwerpen.
After a thorough inspection, the decision was made to perform a complete restoration.
The fuselage was completely sandblasted and powdercoated.
After completion, the aircraft was testflown and ferried back to France by Raymond.
