This 1993-built Husky was in need of some refurbishment. It had spent a lot of time out in the open and the fabric and paint were in quite a bad state.
R.A.R was contracted to examine the state of the aircraft and repair where necessary.
After a thorough inspection, it was decided that the entire rear end of the aircraft had to be paint-stripped and partly recovered.
There were also some repairs carried out on the wings.
The entire tailplane was stripped and recovered.
The rear fuselage was sprayed in a temporary silver colour and fitted with a registration just in time for its annual inspection.
Ready for delivery to the owner.
Again active as a glidertug after a repaint.
